Muay Thai Kickboxing Classes- Boxing Workouts
Boxing is a striking art, using fists to strike the opponent above the waist with punches targeted to the body and head. These strikes include jabs, straight rights, left hooks, right hooks, and uppercuts. Striking is generally done in combinations. Defensive techniques include blocking and head movement. A solid base in footwork is used to aid both the offensive and defensive sides of the match. The Fighting Arts Academy is proud to have a seasoned competitive boxer to teach our students exactly what they need to know to really pack a punch inside the ring and out. |
