King of the Mat 3 takes place on Saturday august 18th, 2012, at the FAA Gym in Springfield Ma. 190 Verge St Call 413-543-0019. King of the Mat is a New England open Grappling tournament, featuring the best grapplers from all over New England come to our 7000 sqft facility. We will have KOTM shirts and there will be food for sale.
Weigh-ins start at 8am, Grappling starts at 11am
Cost
- $30 if your pre-register and $40 at the door for competitors, $5 for spectators.
- All Pre registration must be received by August 10th
- No.."one and done" Guaranteed at least 3 fights
- Double elimination Brackets- you can loose a match and still come back for third
- Madison Weights- competitors are matched based on age, weight, and experience
- This is a No-Gi tournament
- Kids, Women, Mens Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced Divisions
- Medals for top 3 and absolute division Championship.
